Terms and Conditions

  • You agree that your use of the field is at your own risk, and agree not to hold us responsible for any injury to you, your family/friends, your vehicles or your dogs arising from your use of the field. 
  • The field must be cleared of any dog poo and rubbish before you leave.
  • Please arrive and leave promptly. If you are late your time starts from the booking time not the time you arrived. 
  • The field is a large outdoor space, and contains areas of uneven and potentially wet and slippery ground which could be concealed under long grass or other vegetation, has overhanging branches from trees or hedges around the edges which may fall or have fallen and could contain other hazards consistent with the countryside. We will not accept responsibility for injury, illness or death of your dog from using our facilities. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities.
  •  If your dog is showing any signs of illness DO NOT use the field and be respectful of other pets and their owners.
  • You agree not to let anyone else onto the field other than any friends or family members you have brought with you to enjoy walking your dogs. Your dog remains your responsibility during your visit and should not be left unattended.
  • By bringing friends or family, or sending somebody in place of you, you agree that you take full responsibility for their safety and for ensuring that they abide by these terms and conditions at all times whilst using the field.
  • Smoking, BBQ’s & Fires ARE NOT permitted on site under any circumstance.

Children 

  • You are welcome to bring your children, but they must be supervised at all times, and you are responsible for making sure that they do not injure themselves or break any of these terms and conditions. Please be aware that certain elements may pose an additional hazard to children.

The Field

  • Although we will be inspecting and maintaining the fences regularly, holes or other damage to the fence may occur from time to time due to a number of reasons including digging by dogs or other animals, falling trees or branches, and general wear and tear. If you become aware of any issue with the state of the fencing, please let us know immediately so that we can make other users aware and so that we can fix it as soon as possible. We cannot however, take any responsibility for any dog escaping whether or not this is through a defect in the fence, and regardless of whether we have notified you in advance or not.
  • You must enter the field and close the gate before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle to ensure the safety of the dog(s), nearby road users and members of the public.
  • Please ensure that you do not arrive early for your booking and vacate the field leaving it secure at the end of your booking. 
  • Any logs, tyres, jumps, tunnels or other activities in the field are to be used at your own risk, we accept no responsibility to users or dogs for any accidents while using these items. Please ensure you and your dogs are using the field and its contents in a way that is consistent with fitness, age (young or old dogs) and physical capability to prevent any harm. 

Business use of the field

  • If you use the field for business purposes i.e. for your dog walking services or training classes you must have public liability insurance to cover your business activities i.e. clients and their dogs, and be able to produce proof if asked upon booking.

Bookings

  • Bookings are non-refundable, but can be changed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival/start time.
  • All bookings must be paid for in advance.

Updates

  • We may need to vary these terms and conditions from time to time. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions on the website at the time of making your booking.
